Our fulfilment times will be longer than usual (they can take up to a week) and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address,
however, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com
making sure you quote your order number. We'll see what can be done.
If you receive a faulty item, we will be able to exchange it for you. Should you receive a damaged item, please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org
and include a description and photos of the damaged item.
We do not offer refund on buyers remorse or in the case of the wrong size ordered. We are a small business with a small but dedicated team and all items are printed for each order specifically and as we may not be able to resell the item you would like to return.

Delivery takes 3-10 working days and our average delivery is around 5-7 working days.
