As part of our commitment to keep our company footprint small, each and every order is printed and processed after it is placed.

Although we caution you to expect a 7-10 day turnaround time all year long from when your order is placed, we're usually able to get orders out next day or after 2-3 days. Unfortunately, due to demand during the festive period, we have to use up every bit of that 7-10 turnaround window at this time of the year.

The festive period is an exceptionally busy time for us as well as Royal Mail and sometimes the delivery times are out of our hands.

The last day to place an order and guarantee to receive in time for Christmas is the 6th December 2019

I didn't receive my order - what do I do?

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at hello@hopetribeshop.com making sure you quote your order number. We'll see what can be done.
Can I return or exchange an item?

If you receive a faulty item, we will be able to exchange it for you. Should you receive a damaged item, please get in touch via hello@hopetribeshop.com and include a description and photos of the damaged item.

We do not offer refund on buyers remorse or in the case of the wrong size ordered. We are a small business with a small but dedicated team and all items are printed for each order specifically and as we may not be able to resell the item you would like to return.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery takes 3-10 working days and our average delivery is around 5-7 working days. If you have been waiting for your order for a long time or you haven't had an update from us in regards to shipping and dispatching, please get in touch with us via email athello@hopetribeshop.com
Do we deliver worldwide?

Our primary delivery locations are all countries in Europe and the United States.

We also deliver worldwide but our delivery prices are higher due to shipping elevated shipping costs.
